- With Labor Day in the rear view mirror, so too is the summer travel season. Vacation days from here on out are likely to be spent on Thanksgiving drives to grandma’s house and some rest and relaxation around the December holidays. This means National Park visits are likely to wind down.
- Lady Gaga is showing off her "meaty" side in a new cover for the September issue of Vogue Japan; which honestly is less shocking than some people are making it out to be.
- The number of sea trout and salmon found in English rivers hit record highs this year, figures showed.
- Back in July, I featured Riddel Architecture’s Balmoral Water Reservoir Home figuring it would be at least a good six months before I blogged about another decommissioned water tower that's been repurposed into a private residence.
- Norwich University in Vermont is the nation’s oldest private military university as well as the birthplace of the nation’s ROTC program. The school is also home to a LEED Gold certified dormitory – South Hall.
